SUMMER MEMORIES

Shrub Rose (Registered as Floribunda)

(KORuteli)
‘Summer Memories’ was bred by Tim Hermann Kordes in Germany in 1992 and was introduced in Australia by Treloar Roses in 2011.

Named Best Shrub and Silver Medal winner in 2010 at the NRTGA Awards and with many Gold and Silver Awards internationally, this rose is a proven top performer. It has been highly acclaimed for its quick repeat flowering, dense bushy growth, fragrant old-fashioned style blooms and excellent disease resistance.

Rose Breeders around the world have concentrated on breeding healthy shrub roses in response to a growing demand for nostalgic looking roses which combine the qualities of old world roses with the repeat flowering, wide colour range and improved disease tolerance of modern roses. These shrub roses continue to increase in popularity around the world.

‘Summer Memories’ has large, creamy white cupped flowers (40 to 50 petals) with a light fragrance produced in clusters of 4 to 6 blooms per stem. The bush has upright growth to 1.2m tall and 0.80m wide with healthy, semi-glossy, leathery foliage.

Available from Wagner’s Rose Nursery and Treloar Roses or order from your local garden centre.
