John brings the country to the city, travelling from York Peninsula to Adelaide to exhibit roses and bringing perspectives from regional South Australia to Council’s decisions. He also exhibits locally and is a popular speaker on roses in the upper Yorke Peninsula, where he can often be seen, in late winter, pruning roses.
